What time does the music start?
Friday 22nd May: 03:30pm - 10:30pm
Saturday 23rd May: 12:00pm - 10:30pm
Sunday 24th May: 12:00pm - 10:00pm
Saturday 30th May: 12:00pm - 10:30pm
Sunday 31st May: 12:00pm - 10:00pm
How do tickets work?
Please make sure you have your tickets downloaded from the RA app / website before arriving.
If you have a group ticket you must all enter the festival together.
Do I need ID?
We are an over 18 event and all of our bars will be operating the Challenge 25 Policy for service of
alcohol. Please make sure you bring your ID with you. We can only accept original, current valid ID
in the following forms:
- Passport (original, not a copy)
- Photocard Driving Licence
- Proof of Age Card (Must be part of the PASS scheme and have their hologram)
Is there a map?
What are the set times?
You can view the most up to date version of set time on Clashfinder which will be
published on the week of the event.
Please note these set times may be subject to some change, all live updates will be added to the
clashfinder as soon as possible.
How do I get to the festival?
High Lights is well served by excellent public transport links, with Barking Station having various
underground, overground, and national rail links.
Barking station is 8 minutes walk from the event location. If arriving from Barking station turn left
onto Longbridge Road out of the station and look for signs and stewards who will direct you to the
event gate from there.

What happens if I arrive after the time stated on my ticket?
We understand that people may face delays en route to the event. We request that you do your
best to arrive before the entry time stated on your ticket. There is a 30 minute grace period for late
arrivals. Following this window you will face charges.
Weather
High Lights is a fully outdoor venue, but 80% of the arenas are on hard-standing surfaces and
covered by trees. In the event of wet weather, please come prepared, but be assured our site is
durable, even under less favourable conditions.
Please note that there will be no cloak room or locker facilities on site, except for VIP customers.
Can I bring a water bottle?
Yes, please note there are no single-use plastics on site at High Lights and we encourage you to
bring an empty water bottle to refill on site. Water points are available next to each block of toilets.
Respect policy
Please remember to treat each other with nothing but love and respect. We have a zero tolerance
policy to transphobia, racism, misogyny and ableism. Anyone who does not comply will be asked
to leave.
Don’t be a bystander in these situations and please let a member of staff know if you see anything
that concerns you.
Welfare
There is a welfare tent situated next to the medical tent. If you or a friend are feeling unwell, please
head to this area for assistance; they’re here to help. Please take care of yourself and your friends.
Bars
Please note that High Lights Bars are cashless and will not accept physical money. Please make
sure you bring other means of payment.
Can I bring my own food?
No, but we have a wide selection of great food traders (including vegan and vegetarian options)
and bars.
Can I bring a bag?
The UK Terrorism threat level is currently set at Severe. We do not allow bags or rucksacks on site
larger than an A4 sheet of paper (21cm x 30cm). If you bring a bag or rucksack larger than this to
site, you will not be permitted entry onto the site with it.
We do not have any provision for the storage of personal items on site.
Please bring only essential items to the event site.
What items are not allowed into High Lights?
Please note, you are NOT permitted to bring any of the following items into the event:
Light-up devices (including but not limited to: fairy lights, light-up headwear, glowsticks, torches),
inflatables of any size, costume masks, flags, banners, signs, inappropriate branded items and any
other items which we consider to be unsafe or pose a risk to public safety and/or security, professional cameras and recording equipment, glowsticks, illegal substances; legal highs or any
other psychoactive substances; food; any form of liquid (including drinks and perfume); chewing
gum; bottles; weapons; ammunition; explosives; horns; whistles; drums;
fireworks; or any other article which may be used as a weapon of missile, or which may, in our
reasonable opinion, cause danger or disruption to visitors at the venue (regardless of whether or
not such item is illegal or is carried for specific purposes).
We reserve the right to confiscate any prohibited items. Anyone found in possession of such items
will be refused admission, ejected from the venue and may also be handed over to the Police for
further action.. No refunds will be given to customers who are denied admission for possessing
prohibited items.
If you have any specific reasons for bringing Prohibited Items into the venue (for example, because
you have a dietary or medical condition), please contact us prior to the event on
access@percolatemusic.co.uk.
Animals, with the exception of guide dogs, are not permitted in the venue.
